anything but positive concerning the agreed upon date. This will allow Ray Boston
Productions to make your date available to other potential purchasers.

12. Purchaser to provide full driving directions to the event location and local
accommodations. Please return truck driving directions with the signed contract.
13. Purchaser is responsible for paying all and any state, county, and/or city income
taxes that are deducted from the agreed upon fee and retained by the purchaser. Ray Boston

14. Purchaser and Ray Boston Productions, Inc. fully understand their responsibilities
