Purchaser Checklist

Requested electrical requirements are two separate 20 amp circuits. Ask your buildings and grounds manager which wall plugs should be used.

Water source* can be a fire hydrant or a janitor’s closet sink and water spigot together. The sink and water spigot together will almost always have enough water pressure, 1,200 gallons per hour, to fill pools. The water source(s) must have a hose(s) connected that can reach the proposed pool area. Ray Boston Productions will fill pool(s) with water provided by purchaser. A third water source (if anything other than a fire hydrant) with hose is strongly suggested. A hot water source is highly desired for the Mountain Hot Spring.

A free flowing drain or grass area within 200 feet of pool(s) location will easily handle the water being drained. Ray Boston Productions has pumps and hose to drain pool(s).

Must have 25-35 towels (available by start of event) to wipe down pool(s) and tarp at the end of the event. To obtain towels try the Athletic Dept. or hotel at which the reservations have been arranged. Offer a deposit as a security for any lost towels.

Purchaser to provide two 100 gallon, or four 50 gallon tanks of propane. Have your Buildings & Grounds Dept. contact Ray Boston Productions at 800-422-0338 to finalize propane arrangements.

Load in time is [[2nd Phone Ext.]]. Actual load-in/set-up time will take 1 hour (usually less), breakdown/load-out 1 hour. These set-up and breakdown times are approximate and depend directly on a full and cooperative crew.

For set-up, at least two (2) cooperative and able bodied stage hands (Ray Boston crew and person in charge of event excluded) willing to understand and take instructions, available at [[2nd Phone Ext.]].

For breakdown, eight (8) persons will be needed (Ray Boston crew and person in charge of event excluded) for approximately 45 minutes starting 30 minutes after the [[Alt Address 2]] closing time.

At least one (1) stage hand must be available with a car for errands to local stores if needed.

One person will be needed to monitor the Mountain Hot Spring starting at [[3rd Phone Ext.]]. Monitors will be needed until the Life Guard arrives.

At least one certified lifeguard to monitor pool area at all times during show.

Ray Boston Productions representative will hold a meeting 20-30 minutes before scheduled start of event. The representative will take this time to go over purchaser’s responsibilities.
